A verdict has been announced in Kendall Jenner's alleged stalking case.
A California judge has ruled today thatShavaughn McKenzie is not guilty on the charge of misdemeanor stalking, but the jury did find him guilty for trespassing, E! News has learned. McKenzie will be sentenced for the trespassing charge on Nov. 11.
Jenner testified in court against McKenzie, who was found sitting on her driveway with his head in between his knees on August 14, earlier this month. The 20-year-old explained that she immediately felt something was off.
"I wouldn't expect someone to be sitting on the side of the street. I definitely thought it was weird…It didn't make sense."
Kendall proceeded to tell McKenzie to leave her property, but realized she'd seen him on two separate occasions beforehand, both at her previous home.
"I was crying, I was screaming, I was freaking out. I didn't know what his intentions were. I was freaking out. I was frightened for sure," she told the court.
"I never got out of my car. I was terrified. I was literally traumatized. I started honking at him and I just wanted to make sure I saw wherever he went. He got out of the gate and I drove down the hill."
Jenner concluded, "This is not how I want to be living. I really don't feel safe in my own house...I'm already the kind of person who's on edge."
