 Orange is one of the most popular fruits in the world and it is known to have various benefits to human health. Orange is one of the major sources of vitamin C and other vitamins that are with nutritional contents which are very beneficial to the health and well being of man.

It prevents cancer formation
The presence of vitamin C in orange helps to prevent and reduce the risk of colon cancer. Vitamin C plays various roles in improving human health and it has been made a focal point of interest in cancer studies. Those studies have shown that vitamin C is very effective in eliminating colorectal cancers.

The presence of phytochemicals in Orange such as D-limonene and citrus limonoids  performs the function of protecting the body from diseases cancerous in nature that affects the breast, lungs and other body parts.
