Yes, it's time to celebrate, Keeping Up With the Kardashians fans...Two sources have confirmed that Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are officially back together.
We're told they've been back on for a few months, and while they're not living together, they've been spending lots of time together.
One insider tells us, "They are back together and giving their relationship a try again."
So what's the cause of the rekindling? The source notes, "Scott's mellowed out a lot and hasn't been partying."
Another source adds that the parents to Mason, Penelope and Reign "both want to make it work for them and their kids."
The news comes just a few weeks after the pair was spotted getting cozy while vacationing in Mexico with their family. Though some rumors began swirling surrounding their relationship, many thought it was just another attempt at co-parenting and staying friends.

In fact, the two have remained amicable after Kourtney split from her boyfriend of nine years in July of 2015.
They've spent plenty of time together, mostly with their kids, in the year and a half after their breakup. He joined the family on a trip to Vail earlier this year alongside Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashianand other family members. Scott also celebrated Thanksgiving with the whole crew last year.
Kourtney even told Ellen DeGeneres during an interview in January, "I feel like every day is different, but we're totally getting along. Like, we have three beautiful kids together...But, you know, he's family. He'll always be."
She also admitted she could never say never when it came to whether they'd ever get back together.

"We're not getting back together right now, but I don't know what the future holds in life, in God's plan," she said on the Today show in April. "But we're just doing our best to be the best parents. Like, he came with us to Vail and it was great. But, like, we're friends at this point."
One of Kourtney's biggest concerns in getting back together with Scott was his hard partying habits.
Right after she broke up with him, he decided to enter a rehabilitation program and, despite his lapses, has been working on himself ever since.
"I used to always think that when I was drunk the real me came out and I always thought the real me was a bad person," Scott lamented to Caitlyn Jenner in April. "And I've realized that, you know, substances make people something else, it's not really who they are. So I've been able to kind of forgive myself for all the things...and now I'm just focusing on actually being me. I've just been happy for the first time in a long time."
